Personnel Constitution & Technique Equipment

SGC has totally 700 plus employees. 20% of the headcount are technical personnel, in which 20 senior engineers, 60 engineers, 30 assistant engineers.

SGC has been extensively collaborated with Shanghai Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and main engineering institutes throughout China, forms a strong network of science research and fabrication. SGC invested approx. 3.5 million Yuan and established a professional cooling tower testing center, which includes:

• 1 lab for testing the performance of the filling of the crossflow cooling tower
• 1 lab for testing the performance of the filling of the counterflow cooling tower
• 1 lab for testing the performance of the nozzle
• 1 lab for testing the performance of the drift eliminator
• 1 device for simulating the model of the counterflow cooling tower
• 1 air-channel for testing the performance of the axial cooling fan
• 1 lab for testing the physical and chemical performances of the raw materials
• 1 test-bed for testing the integrated performance of cooling tower products

And the following testing instruments are equipped:

• Model YEW3848 auto-tracking thermal detector (imported from Japan)
• Model ZJYW1 computerised torque and tachometer
• Model DZ-5 vibration measuring & analytical instruments
• 20-Point automatic temperature meter
• Model SP-2A intelligent ultrasonic flowmeter
• Model YJB-150 compensation micro-pressure-guage
• BK2230 sound grade gauge (from Denmark)
