Changzhou Seagull Chemical Industry Designing & Researching Institute Co. Ltd established in 2000. It constitutes by 1 research institute, 2 laboratories, 1 semiworks plant and 2 auxiliary plants, which mainly undertakes the design of chemical industry project and environment project; technical services on water treatment; and microbe research etc. The total employees account for 163, in which 35 technical personnel. The institute furnishes a serious of accurate instruments and equipment. Up to now, 20 plus subjects on scientific research have been accomplished; in which 10 items are ranked state, ministry, and province achievements.
