——Family training

As a new employee who came to Seagull within two weeks, I’m grateful that Seagull can give me a chance to exercise and improve myself. Not exaggeratedly, I am shocked through this training. I would like to share my experience as follows:

Team=Group

In fact whether in the activity or work, the group and team are always coexistence. We can improve ourselves from the positive competition which always exist. All the teams belong to the group, so we should make the group goals to be our ultimate. We should have strong feelings through the clever board activities. If each team only pay attention to team goals and ignore the group goals, in the end we all lose.

Leader

Whatever activity, the leader always plays the most important role. When we play the game which need to write the Chinese character “win”, I deeply admire Mrs.Yuan with her boldness. As a leader, adhere to the belief and listen to other’s suggestion but not shook by. And the leader also need to have great power to lead your team in the right way.

Outdoor training——Family training

I think we are familiar with “Family training”, the coach told us at the beginning that we called the outdoor training as family training in other countries. In activity to escape the wall, we are honorable that we are a family: someone was willing to be the human flesh ladder; Someone volunteered to be the first to climb the wall and to be the “source of strength”; someone left own finally and make others to be lived; Someone was willing to make himself upside down, held out his hand to the last family member. In this activity, many people were slightly injured, but nobody regret, because we are a family.

As the member of Seagull family, at the first, we should position ourselves well and strive to our work. Follow up with the arrangement from leader and put the Seagull’s benefit on the first floor. So try to be a good member of Seagull.
