On May 12th, Long Teng Business School organized a training on "Factory Productivity (or Technical) Improvement". The plastic workshop, steel structure workshop, and fiberglass workshop departments have participated in the training. Knowledge was gained during the training such as:

1. A comprehensive understanding of a lean production system;

2. Fully grasp of the essential ideas, methods or tools for lean production, and applied in the actual production, bringing the company as same standards with multi-national companies.

3. Review case study from advanced enterprises in order to obtain ideas for the planning and implementation of lean projects.
