The first and second phases of the 40 million tons/year refining and chemical project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. are the largest refining and chemical integration projects in China. The first phase of the project will be officially put into use in 2020, and the operation is in good condition. The second phase of the project is under construction.
