Hollow Counterflow Cooling Tower
The tower breaks through the traditional cooling tower design ideas, removes the packing part of the original counter-flow cooling tower, and makes major improvements to the water distribution part, so that the circulating water forms sufficiently small water droplets in the water distribution and water spraying areas. The normal water-gas heat exchange can be carried out under the water, so as to achieve the purpose of circulating water cooling. The key to circulating water cooling in cooling towers is to make sufficient heat exchange between water and gas. In cooling towers with fillers, the surface area of the lower water droplets is increased through the different action mechanisms of the fillers (such as drip type, film type, etc.), thereby increasing the The contact area between water and air is increased, so that the water and air can conduct sufficient heat exchange, and the temperature of the circulating water drops to the design requirements. In the hollow cooling tower, since there is no filler, in order to achieve the purpose of heat exchange, the particle size of the water droplets in the water spray section must be small enough to increase the contact area between water and air as much as possible, which makes the water distribution system a hollow tower. The key part of the water distribution system, our company uses paired tangential water inlet nozzles (the nozzles and the layout of the nozzles are both patented products of our company) to solve this problem. Less than 1mm, the water distribution is in good condition, and there is no hollow phenomenon, which can fully meet the requirements of normal water-gas heat exchange.
