On 17th of March, Longteng Commercial College organized a course about ‘Target Management and Plan Implementation’. The course targeted the issues in enterprise management and planning. The following contents were discussed in the course:

(1) Where does the enterprise target come from?

(2) Is the goal reasonable?

(3) How to ensure that the goal can be achieved?

(4) What are the business plans? How to prepare? How to ensure those plans are implemented?

The relevant personnel in various functional departments of the company are actively enrolled in the course training.
