As Chinese saying “A good year planning lies in the spring season”. Before working days after long Chinese New Year holiday season, Seagull’s production department reunited all the construction leaders and organized an annual conference to discuss on the installation, construction and on-site safety topic. During the conference, the deputy production manager, Mr. He Guocheng has provided safety-related training which included inspection requirements, working requirements, workflow, safety work requirement and etc. Safety work is always the first priority, and during the conference, the related safety procedures, safety awareness waere shared among the audiences. It is necessary that Seagull must strengthen the safety and working requirement during construction and installation.

Thanks to the organized conference, the safety goals and requirements for installation project in 2018 are determined, and a more comprehensive and detailed requirement for safety production were made as well. As the first safety conference and training in the new year, it laid a good start for long-term work related to installation project.
