In recent years, with rapid expansion of domestic & global market, the company is now a fast-growing company. In 2017, the company was selected as one of the first batch of single manufacturing champion cultivation enterprises by both Ministry of Industry & Information Technology and China Federation of Industrial Economics. In addition, the company recorded sales booking of 1.688 billion yuan in December 2020. At present, the company & its subsidiaries obtained more than 180 patents, and many series products have been recognized as high-tech products.
With the rapid growth of business, and to explore the company’s potential & improve effectiveness, the company implemented the new KPI management concept.
We divided the company into six main divisions under the new KPI management concept. With announcement of company’s Mission & Vision, we apply this clear & standardized assessment system scientifically for performance management. This management concept helps us quickly understand the importance of all-round development that includes business expansion, zero injury production, cost efficient supply chain, high customer satisfaction rate, and talent acquisition, but not solely focus on sales performance and R&D innovation.
The characteristics of Seagull’s KPI performance management are omni-directional, multi-level and wide angle. Moreover, we developed the company’s mission and vision from four dimensions, they are organizational, operational, customer, learning and development dimensions. Through KPI management system, every manager clearly knows their management goals and each employees understand their roles on accomplishing the targets.
The new KPI management concepts have significantly improved and promoted all aspects of company’s operations. Quarterly financial indicators are basically in line with our forecasted data; gas turbine divisions are developing steadily; cost efficient supply chain management allow us to keep up with demand; effective talent acquisition produces high quality employees that form the backbones of the company.
