Seagull contracted the NCF Series Low-noise Environmental-friendly Cooling Tower for Central Asian Gas Combined Cycle Power Station - Sir River 1500 MW Project at Uzbekistan had delivered successfully, laying a solid foundation for the smooth project implementation of the Central Asian gas combined cycle power station project.

On June 7 to June 14, 65 containers of cooling tower parts were sent out from Jiangsu Haiou Changzhou factory smoothly. On June 19, X9216 China-Europe freight train carrying this batch of goods set off from Jinhua South Railway Station to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, sounding its horn. The special train departed from Horgos port, covering a total distance of 6,327 kilometers.

As the first IPP project by Uzbekistan government in order to attract foreign investment, the project makes full use of the enriched local natural gas resources, using the world class performance and high efficiency of H class gas turbine and the design of "zero wastewater emissions", the daily can provide more than 3600 KWH for local power grid to millions of residents in Uzbekistan. It is the world's leading, efficient, energy saving and environmental protection project and is an important livelihood project planned by the Ukrainian government.
